Join Me Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays for My “VIRTUAL FAT BURNING WORKOUT SESSIONS. Uniquely using dumbbells, a resistance ball, resistance bands, a jump rope, ankle weights, wrist weights, and My Specialty Ring Pilates Sessions to really KICK START those ABS! Sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm, and Saturdays at 9:30am.
